Delete your Escendant account

To delete your account:

In the app, go to Menu > Settings > Account security > Data Management > Delete Account. If you can't sign in or no longer have the app, email privacy@escendant.ai from your account email address with the subject "Delete my account".

What happens once you confirm deletion

You have 30 days to change your mind. After that, we permanently delete your account and everything in it, including your profile, memories, photos, videos, voice and face data, and chats.

What we keep after deletion

we keep purchase records for [6 years] for tax purposes, and security logs for up to 90 days. Copies in our backups are deleted within about 60 days. Deleting your account doesn't cancel an Apple or Google Play subscription, so cancel that in your phone's store settings.
